Mark Jaffe
A lifelong Washingtonian, Mark brings to the project more than 40 years of building envelope expertise, contracting, and construction administration experience. Throughout his career, Mark has provided consulting and construction services for over 500 projects located in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, New York, Connecticut, Georgia, Tennessee, and Washington State. Mark possesses extensive working knowledge of exterior building envelope systems including roofing, waterproofing, sealants, siding, cladding, and glazing systems. Mark brings to the project particular expertise in quality assurance, contract administration, cost estimating, competative bidding and contract negotiation for complex restoration projects.
David Jaffe, AIA, NCARB
David's experience spans a variety of building types for new construction, renovation, and rehabilitation including residential, civic, historic, and commercial properties. David brings to the project his expertise in architectural building envelope design, material technology, energy efficient and weather resistant construction detailing, and building code conformance for complex restoration projects. David's active interest in sustainable building technology, energy performance, and green product development ensures each project acheives its maximum potential.
David earned a BSc in Architecture from the University of Maryland, an M.Arch from the University of Washington and is a registered architect in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Washington. David is also member of the American Institute of Architects and nationally certified by NCARB.Logan School Condominium
